12 weeks of Personalised Transformation:
PERSONALISED PROGRAMMING - updated every 4-6 weeks depending on your progress through each program in ‘The Strength Movement’ app.
WEEKLY CHECK INS - To pave direction into the next week
MESSAGING - Technique feedback, progressions and access to ongoing messaging surrounding everything we are working on
NUTRITION SUPPORT - Whether it’s helping you build a more peaceful relationship with food, or learning how to give your body the nutrition it needs to fuel your goals, I will guide you through this in a way that works for you, no overwhelm around here!
RESOURCES AND RECORDINGS - In an intro pamphlet alongside everything that you can expect from the next 12 weeks!
ACCESS TO GROUP SESSIONS AND CATCH UPS - Because um yes we love connecting with likeminded people growing in this space!
$100 p/wk
For pt session add ons to optimise your training in person:
+$20p/wk for fortnight sessions
+$40p/wk for weekly sessions
